Refund policy

🔁 Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Must be returned in original packaging (if possible)

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

To start a return, please contact us at lucas@statusslp.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then email us if needed


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged? We're sorry! Please email us at frondesk@statusslp.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
